Who Am I?
My name is Dean Kozora. I am a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist and a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Whatever your goals may be, the principles of bodybuilding apply in every direction. We focus on intensity, determination, nutrition and being very consistent. These concepts transfer into weight loss, body recomposition, gaining muscle mass etc. I’m not confused about this: the things I ask of my clients is hard stuff—but nothing worth it is ever easy. With the right coach backing you, the goal at hand becomes a much more simple task and can make all the difference in the end result.
With my clients I dig deep to the root of whatever issue we may be facing and tackle that head on. I address exercise mechanics & physiology to help clients understand how we can improve daily, get into specifics on what needs to be adjusted week by week, closely monitor progress, provide feedback on a consistent basis, write programs and adjust as needed, provide detailed nutrition guidelines or a nutritional plan (depending on the need of the client) and I hold my clients accountable 24/7/365. My job is to make you better short term but to set you up for long term success.
